This publication is an art book of the performance “Apperceptional Glimpse: Traumatised Conventions.” It consists in an exhibit of humanity, which is experiencing a pandemic, as a conversion art while the world is subjected to facing COVID-19. This art book contains the following message. If artificial intelligence replaces large portions of labor with its highly cognitive and practical abilities, human senses and emotions, which were described as weaknesses, will be deemed the ability that only human beings possess. The cover design is also affected by humidity, acidity, and surface material. However, it is based on the crucial idea that survival to the COVID-19 virus is greatly affected by temperature. The cover’s surface is printed with special ink so that the image of the work can appear in response to temperature. In wintertime, when the coronavirus gets stronger, the cover’s surface darkens and the image becomes invisible. However, when a person’s temperature comes into contact with the surface, the hidden image becomes visible again. Additionally, the somewhat lacking finish of this book symbolizes the imperfection of human beings.
