One night, on a back alley
(Playing horror through a visual scor)
I classified the fear that I had felt about the accident and verified three types of evidence of the scene.
Three elements of horror
1. fear from the intensity of illumination
2. fear from the distance
3. fear from the sound
These three pieces of information are disassembled and assembled again so that each information can be shown in order to function organically.
This score is focused not on the structure and function of a real music score but on a performer€™s analysis and interpretation of the accident.
You can find some clues about the accident which happened that day and the true meaning of the score without really playing the music as it is shown visually with acoustic materials.
Performing horror through the score is interpreting the piece eventually, and a performer himself can be an interpreter at the same time.
In other words, without interpretation(an evidence leak), playing is not playing(evidence). Thus, a score which is not able to be interpreted does not have value as a music score nor as evidence.
